We are very excited to announce a new collaboration with Hive guest contributor Tom Lynch.

Tom Lynch is Head of Science at Elthorne Park High School in Ealing, and a Physics graduate from Manchester University. He is well-known among his peers for writing wise, accessible and pithy articles about Teaching & Learning, and the opportunities / challenges that AI presents for education.

For the first of a series of in-depth features for Hive, Tom writes an enjoyable and thought-provoking article comparing teaching with the football management style of Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta.
